Katherine Davies is a Solicitor within our conveyancing department. Katherine deals with high volume residential Conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, unregistered, re-mortgaging, shared ownership, help to buy, new-build transactions and lease extensions.
Katherine graduated from Swansea University with a degree in law before completing her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2016. Katherine joined GGP in 2013 as a paralegal and has developed a wide skill set in fulfilling her various roles since this time. Katherine has assisted in the smooth running of a number of departments in her time with GGP and has proven a welcome and invaluable addition to the Conveyancing team.
In her spare time, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
