If you pay money to us in error using this facility we agree to refund the money to you. If we uphold a complaint made in accordance with our Complaints Procedure and Terms of Business, we agree to refund any money due to your payment card.
You can use our pay online page to make payments of our fees or other sums of money we’ve asked you to pay. You cannot use this facility to pay for anything else, including property purchase money. If you use this facility for anything else we will refund the payment and may need to charge an administration fee. We are not liable for any delay caused to your transaction if this occurs.
