Sara Green is a Solicitor and Director and has been an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel for over 20 years.
Sara specialises in court cases concerning children and their families and regularly acts for children and their CAFCASS Cymru Guardians and directly for children in cases brought by Local Authorities.
Sara also acts for parents and other family members and appears in courts across South Wales.
Sara has a wealth of experience and regularly deals with the most serious and complex cases at all levels of court.
Sara has recently been appointed as a Judge of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys travel and spending time with her family both human and four legged at home and abroad.
